Do I need experience to join a trip?
Not at all! We have trips designed specifically for first-timers, like our small mountain weekend trips. We also offer coaching sessions on every trip.
Are lift tickets included in the trip price?
Lift tickets are NOT included in the trip cost. Ikon Pass holders are covered at select destinations. Otherwise, multi-day passes can be purchased separately. We’ll share group rate information before each trip.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We want to make booking as easy as possible. You can secure your spot with a deposit today and pay the remaining balance in scheduled installments. Our payments are securely processed through Stripe, so you can easily take advantage of their flexible “pay over time” options at checkout!
What's the cancellation policy?
The service charge is non-refundable. Deposits apply to accommodation costs, which are refundable only if a replacement participant is found and the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the trip. See individual trip details for specifics.
