Not at all! We have trips designed specifically for first-timers, like our Timberline Mountain weekend. We also offer coaching and first-timer orientation sessions on every trip.
Lift tickets are NOT included in the trip cost. Ikon Pass holders are covered at select destinations. Otherwise, multi-day passes can be purchased separately — we'll share group rate information before each trip.
Yes! All trips offer a deposit-and-installment payment structure. Secure your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance in clear, scheduled installments before the trip.
Policies vary by trip. Generally, full refunds (minus a small admin fee) are available 90+ days before departure, with partial refunds available closer to the date. See individual trip details for specifics.
